 Cancellation policy
To cancel your reservation please send an e-mail message to info@homeinflorence.com
If cancelled and modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
For a late cancellation the 50% of the total amount will be charged as penalty fee.
For reservation of 5 or more nights and for 2 or more rooms the cancellation is required at least 14 days before arrival date.
The reservations through web’s agencies we cannot accept directly cancellations or changes it needs to be done through them.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. We only accept directly changes and cancellations wrote by e-mail or by fax +39 055 230 4935 (not by phone).

Payment Information, Arrival and Departure
A credit card is required only to guarantee the payment of the balance or the total amount of reservation
is required upon arrival (check in), payment may be made in cash
or credit card (Visa, Master Card, Maestro, Amex, JCB, CartaSi, Poste Pay).
On the day of arrival rooms will be available from 11:00/12:00 but if you arrive before
you can leave your luggage at reception.
The day of departure we ask you kindly to leave the room before 10.00 am.
Arrival time
Please inform us of your arrival time in Florence (Train Station or Airport).
The check-in is from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, it's important to confirm us your arrival time.
When you'll know it more exactly you can also communicate it calling a day before or the same our phone +39 055 233 7186 or by text mobile +39 366 4680 691 because we usually close the check-in at 7:00 pm and we don't stay at our reception all the time during the day.
Check-in is guaranteed also after 7:00 pm but you have to inform us of your arrival time in Florence by e-mail or phone.
General
No-smoking rooms, express check-in/check-out, heating, luggage storage, all public and private spaces non-smoking.
Tour desk, fax/photocopying.
Children and extra beds
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
Maximum capacity of baby cots in a room is 1.
Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the Bed and Breakfast.
Pets
Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.
Parking facilities
You can park just in front of it to load/unload your luggage and contact the garage to pick up and drop off your car at a cost of € 28 per day. This service also allows you to get a permission to enter Z.T.L. - Limited Traffic Area - at any of the down-town area.
